Booking, Cancellation & Liability Policy
By booking a service with Foundation and Flow Consulting (“Foundation and Flow,” “we,” “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
All services must be booked in advance through our designated scheduling platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged in full and will not be rescheduled.

One-time courtesy reschedules may be offered at our discretion.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the customized and advisory nature of our services, all sales are final. Foundation and Flow does not offer refunds once services have been rendered or sessions have occurred.
4. Scope of Services
Foundation and Flow provides consulting, strategy, education, and advisory services related to business development, real estate operations, branding, systems, and workflow optimization.
We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, or investment advice. You are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for matters requiring such expertise.
5. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that results are dependent on multiple factors outside of our control, including but not limited to implementation, market conditions, consistency, timing, and personal effort.
You are solely responsible for:

Business outcomes and performance
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundation and Flow Consulting shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

Business decisions made by the client

Loss of revenue, profits, or opportunities
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, templates, strategies, and resources provided by Foundation and Flow are proprietary and may not be reproduced, shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Foundation and Flow reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client for any reason, including lack of alignment, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct.
9. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

Foundation and Flow does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and clients should consult licensed professionals as needed.
Payment is required at the time of booking, and all sales are final. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for their own business decisions and implementation of strategies discussed. Foundation and Flow is not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of our services.
