Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Liability Policy By booking a service with Foundation and Flow Consulting (“Foundation and Flow,” “we,” “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Booking & Payment All services must be booked in advance through our designated scheduling platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged in full and will not be rescheduled. One-time courtesy reschedules may be offered at our discretion. 3. Refund Policy Due to the customized and advisory nature of our services, all sales are final. Foundation and Flow does not offer refunds once services have been rendered or sessions have occurred. 4. Scope of Services Foundation and Flow provides consulting, strategy, education, and advisory services related to business development, real estate operations, branding, systems, and workflow optimization. We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, or investment advice. You are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for matters requiring such expertise. 5. Client Responsibility You acknowledge that results are dependent on multiple factors outside of our control, including but not limited to implementation, market conditions, consistency, timing, and personal effort. You are solely responsible for: Decisions made based on information provided Implementation of strategies discussed Business outcomes and performance 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundation and Flow Consulting shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from: Use of our services or materials Business decisions made by the client Loss of revenue, profits, or opportunities All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results. 7. Intellectual Property All materials, frameworks, templates, strategies, and resources provided by Foundation and Flow are proprietary and may not be reproduced, shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.
